The Céline Belt Bag

The Belt Bag is one of my favourite designs from Céline's archive. I think that the bag looks both simple and elegant, and it is made available in a range of seriously dreamy neutrals.

3.1 Phillip Lim Mini Pashli

The 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli is available in three sizes; mini, medium and large. The mini and medium sizes are the most readily available to purchase, and they come in a wide range of colours. In London, which is where I live, I often see the medium Pashli being used a work bag. In contrast, I spot the mini Pashli a lot more on the weekends when I'm out shopping in central London.

Proenza Schouler: A Fashion Fairytale

For a while, I really thought that Proenza Schouler (pronounced "Skool-er") was a German brand - I think it must have been something about the name. I was totally wrong, of course, that's where assumptions get you! Proenza Schouler is an American brand, with a lovely backstory that's well worth knowing.

All About Louis Vuitton's Twist Bag

Louis Vuitton's Twist Bag was first presented during the winter 2014 collection, and designed for the 2015 Cruise Collection. The Twist Bag demonstrates how Nicolas Ghesquière's (the creative director of Louis Vuitton) is drawing inspiration from the brand's archive, reviving the interlaced "L" and "V" lock that was first seen in 1988 on the Louis Vuitton Pochette Trapèze (see photos here).

Burberry is a hugely successful British brand that has, slowly but surely, gone global. With more than 500 stores worldwide, and a flock of celebrity fans, it's safe to say that Burberry has become a household name - even if you don't shop there yourself.
